P0150 - front oxygen sensor, left bank. This is the O2 sensor on the side of the engine by the radiator. It is in the exhaust pipe an inch or two after it bolts onto the exhaust manifold. Bad oxygen sensors USUALLY don't cause any engine problems, but they do kill gas mileage.

P0500 - Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS). This is located in the transmission. The ECU is not getting a signal from the VSS. Could be a bad VSS or a wiring problem.

P0600 - The ECM receives incorrect voltage from the TCM (Transmission Control Module) continuously. Could be a bad TCM or a wiring problem.

Since the P0500 and P0600 are transmission related, I would check the wire harness coming from the transmission. Maybe it got damaged by some road debris. Look in the driver's side front wheel well as the harness runs in there.

change the VSS, and the p0500, and p0600 will go away (the p0500 code is what cause the TMC p0600 code to be triggered) don't mess with the wire unless it looks like someone was tampering with it, the TMC is most likely fine unless the car was flooded, so just change the o2 sensor, and the VSS and that should do it.

In the future, when you resolve your issue(s) report back what the culprit and the fix were.

For your new issues, look here.
Code: P1705 | Description: Throttle Position Sensor (AT)

Code: P0120 | Description: Throttle Position Sensor

Clearly both trouble codes are related to your Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)

You should download the FSM for free (see link below my signature). All Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) are listed in the EC section with possible culprits, things to check, and proper ways of diagnosis.
