I live in bklyn. I just got 5th gen leather seats for my 96. I figured to ask if anyone can install em on here 1st before going on craigslist or some****.

i believe there is a sticky in the how to's for this. It is sort of a common mod that some do. Why dont you search for it and attempt it yourself? Id start with the passenger side if i were you, just incase you get stumped and cant do it. Also, itd be easier to clean and condition them while out of the car so i would do that too while your at it.

I tired today but the holes dont line up to secure the seat down ffor the front and rear needs extra hooks so the seat doesnt fold down while driving

They don't line up. I have 5.5 gen seats in my max. Only one bolt hole lined up (back bolt on the inside of each front). I did all custom mounts on the rear seats. The bottom mostly just pops in. In the writeup, the brackets are transferred over on the back seats. I made my own brackets for the front seats.
