WHERE THE HECK IS THE ECU LOCATED on a 2001 Maxima SE??

I am trying to find the ECU for my maxima.. I have a 2001 Maxima SE Please help... I looked in the stickies and couldnt find a how to remove it..

passenger compartment, under the dash, right in the middle on the floor. so behind/under the ashtray tucked away where it is very hard to get at

Theres a small black panel under and behind the center consol. You will see it on the front passenger side of the cabin pull it off and u will see the ECU there. Good luck
