Hi I just bought a 2003 Nissan Maxima with factory navigation . Do you know where I can find a nav cd for it the previous owner said he lost it . Thanks

You can buy used CDs on e-bay, search for Nissan Navigation CD. It may not be the most up to date version, though.
If you want to buy new from Nissan, here is a link:

What I don't like about the Nissan Navigation system is that it take 9 different CDs to cover the continental United States. At $120 a pop, that's heart attack city.
You could consider an aftermarket radio with navigation, but in your car, it is not an easy or cheap conversion.

From what I've read save your money.
Garmin FTW..most built in navs suck other than to say you have one and show it off.
Even the ones built into the headunits in aftermarket still seem to be buggy.
Garmin=free lifetime map and traffic updates.
Just my two cents.
