New here suspension fix front Monster truck stance & Rear Super Sag

Yes Hi I am new here.

I feel i did a good trade for my 04 Maxima SL 116K (dual heated seats, steering wheel, moving seat, folding mirrors)
I gave a 95 Stealth R/T Manual 264K miles on chassis straight for it.
(it needed work but was mechanically sound)

The Maxima is great and just need few suspension fixes. No CEL's
It's getting New Rotors+ Pads put all around from HART (i like their product) as I type this.
I got front alignment but rear didn't work as screws were stuck they claimed. (suggestions? lots of wd40? mechanic said to buy whole new part)

When I got it I googled and try fix the rear sag and I lead me to amazon where they have the springs that are supposed to fix the rear sag. (it didn't really...)
The Suspension feels fine though, doesn't feel like struts collapsed or anything..
So I have them in and didn't really do anything even though comments said it will fix it.

I just saw another Maxima on Road where rear looks like tire collapsed into fender (that bad) And front literally looks like half foot wheel gap! Its insane!
My car is really starting to get like that! (I will add a photo soon)

I know Eibach/Tein/intrax are the best fixes (do i need any adjustable rods?)
But is there anything cheaper? Also do you guys guarantee it will fix the rear?

I feel like if i get a lowering kit my front will come down and my rear will go WAY too low and ill screw myself.... (then finding out its something else)

I'd like to concentrate on lowering front first (I need to know what I need)
or if they all have be done at same time that's fine too.

Please someone just help me see the big picture. The cheap correct way to fix it. and or $200-350 fix I am trying to avoid.
Do struts cause this problem at all?
