Installing HID Headlights+Fogs without bumper removal?

Hi, I was just curious because I asked for an HID shop today about installing HID's for my fogs and headlights for my 2010 max. They said they wouldn't need to take the bumper off to install it? Is that even possible? If it's possible I'd do it myself.

Would there be any complications of installing HID's without taking bumpers off?

will be very easy to take the bumper off a little. if you dont remove the bumper, it will be alot of work and they will most likely charge u more for labor because of the time it would take to install the HIDS without taking off the bumper..
i wouldnt take my car to the shop for hids. its something u can do yourself

Agree x3. If you could see how easy it is to install HIDs, you would be mad that you paid someone to do it.

The fogs are easy just jack up the car in the front and take the black cover off and you can work easily. The headlights are easy too, just remove the front wheels and the fender liner and you have perfect access to the back of the headlight + places to mount the ballasts in both occasions. Screw paying someone for that I say.
