Just another new guy saying hellow.

From Boston Mass.On my second maxima had an 09 now have 14.I am looking to upgrade my hid bulbs and wondering if I can do it through the wheel well without having a problem or should I take the front bumper off.It is great to be apart of this forum.

Congrats on the ride, live in Boston myself... Yes thru the wheel well will work, that's how I did it on my 2010. Also traded in my 2010 over a month ago for 2014 sv with hids so no need for installimg hids this time around

I removed my front wheels and fender liners to do mine. Takes a bit longer but easier to get to the back of the headlights. Welcome aboard!

is it as simple as replacing an h11 bulb? Don't want to touch bulb either correct?

Well you have to mount the ballast somewhere also. DO NOT TOUCH the bulb. There are some DIY threads on here about how to do it.

welcome bossman. HID setup should take you no time at all. As othes have said, I found it easy to go through the wheel well and the underneath the dust shield and I have large hands.

Sounds pretty simple.I can handle that.I think I will remove the tire for the extra room,plus I have plenty of time.
