Month old car got hit

Dude, it won't be the same. I don't care how good they do, I don't care how good the parts are, you're going to notice it. Had the door replaced on my car not long ago, light hit just like this, still hear noise going over bumps. Guys at the body shop have tried everything, I just gave up and turn up the stereo.

yup.. i had to get the passenger door replaced completely and it's not the same. They couldn't line it up 100% perfectly, noone else notices it but me. But it's so annoying, I have to just live with it. The bottom part of my door lines up perfectly and the top half doesn't. if you run your finger over it its not flush. No water or air leak though. I would just be on the guys at the bodyshop and make sure they do it right

Maybe I've had better luck, but I had someone smack into my previous car pretty bad, and you couldn't even tell the difference when they were all said and done. Every shop is different, find the best one you can.

I'm gonna use the shop that my Nissan dealer uses. I spoke with them today and he told me he's repaired cars for them before that they've put back in the showroom with worse damage than I have. That eases my mind a lot. They come highly recommended by everyone in the area so I'm hoping it looks like new when he's done. Just waiting on police report now to file claim with the idiots insurance.

my rear got a smack 6 mos after getting it.
went back to the dealer recommended shop, after finishing the work, about paint/finish issue...
say about three times after getting it back.
and never got rid of the hazes...
rear left and right quarter panels, trunk lid, and rear bumper.
she is never going to be the same..
like a bad tan line haa haa
i hope your shop can do better, mikey.

Is it too late to ask for that since the repairs are done already?
