Just take all the stuff out when you get to the track. The seat is a 5 minute job and the spare/jack/crap in the trunk is about 3 minutes.

As for launching I don't know a whole lot about autos but I'd say brake torque it to the max on the line and see how that does.

If you figure out how to get a good launch with this front wheel drive and wheel hop let me know. The best 60' I have been able to get is 2.174 hopping right along. I think the car has some 2.0s with traction and elimination of wheel hop. Getting a good burnout is a real trick too.

I did my best with 29 psi in both front wheels. Held the emergency brake and got all the burnout I could before it dragged the car to the line. Try to go around the water too. Torque brake to about 1500 rpm. If more does better let me know.

my brakes are shot, so i can barely get to 1500, without it moving...on my mom's TL, i could brake torque to about 3,000 RPM, without it budging ...

ill try first with just brake torquing, then brake torquing and the e-brake, and a few runs without doing it, see how that works out....

also, where exactly can i leave my stuff once i take it out of my car??
