damn, and i wonder why the hell i got a 14.2 on a 65 shot...... oh wait,my tranny was slipping, as yours will be too. On the ride home from the track that night the main seal and the TC went leaving me stranding in jersey. Had it towed to maximumtuning in NY to have a bulletproofed tranny with a tc and valve body

If you could run the tranny to the ground till it breaks then get it bulletproofed. It will cost the same for a rebuild and bulletproof as a bulletproofing would cost.

OK, so you think he should get his trans bulletproofed?

Nissan 4AT blows a$$ chunks. I blew mine at a relatively tender age of 34K miles. I wasn't boosting or spraying either, just tearing the road up any chance I got.

Yeah I call BS too. Matt's car is slow. J/K.

If you are referring to my time I can tell you it would have been a half a second quicker and 3-4 mph faster if my tranny was healthy. I pretty much had an identical setup as Jime and he has ran 12.1@113. My car during this run took a good 2-3 seconds per shift and yes it was tossed salad after a few months of spraying. But after it was over I got the tranny fixed under warranty and removed the nitrous. The car made 314whp and 396tq on the dyno with a 100 shot.

I know the auto's do sorta blow, but for nitrous I think they are equivelent or better than 5spd, for times.

Once my auto blew I got it bulletproofed, got a torque converter, and a valve body. The tranny is really nice, but I haven't been to the track yet.
