Nice, although he had the higher trap speed. Were there any mods on the cars?

 

My stock 04 6 speed trapped 96.5 when I ran the 14.397. The stock tires suck after a certain amount of miles but they are decent for a short period. Im suprised to see that most people with auto 04s are pulling 2.1s with ease. I pulled a 2.0 on one run when my tires actually stuck and got the 14.3 but last time at the track I couldnt get traction and left with a 14.8. So would you say the 04 has more power than the 5.5 gen. or do you think its just the 5spd auto??

 

a lil of both...the 5spd automatic makes the engine come alive but the engine does sound totally different on a 2k4

 

Wow that is awesome... I thought that the 6th gen was heavier and a tad slower than the 2k2/2k3! 14.3s stock are awesome times!! Keep it up!

Me and my friend were just arguing which one is faster. I know it's all driver's race but he thinks that 330ci will leave the 2k4 maxima in the dust i was just laughing at him and didnt even continue.

That's one helluva time for a 330i manual if it was stock. But don't sleep on the 04 Maximas. Even the auto ones. muahahhaa
