new PB: 8.74@82.40 (video)

The video is of the second or third round of eliminations. I think I ran a 8.9 ?
VIDEO

I ran my personal best trap and ET in the 1/8(hopefully post a video of the 8.74 soon) during qualifications on the same night:

r/t: .358
60': 2.18
1/8 ET: 8.743
1/8 MPH: 82.40

Still just I/Y/E udp and NX kit jetted to 35. I was hoping to drop my 60' into the 2.0x, but I could not hook up for some reason
I also ran my pb R/T: .007 I usually don't give a crap about it, but I was bracket racing so...

but after that it was downhill. i'd like to blame it on track conditions, weather, etc. but who knows?

I placed third in the import ET bracket division. I could have done better, but I was racing against Bill Nuy the friggin science guy. He had a barometer, thermometer, and a practice tree in his car, all the while checking his tire pressure compulsively every 5 minutes. He was nailing his dial-in within hundreths of a second every time. That's what experience does

Doesn't it kill you to run at a short track? It would make me so crazy!

Anyway, no doubt the car is mid 13's with good launch Cullen. Very impressed by your car, looks like it's running real good.

Maybe you need some slicks to get the 2.0 or sub 2.0 short times. That or some good ole VHT freshly laid down before a run. I wouldn't sweat it though, many a weekends still left in the track season to hone the launch.

BTW: YES it sucks to run the 1/8, but what can I say I'm a track *****
