1999 Nissan Maxima SE 5speed 10-22-04

Tonight i went to NE Dragway. Great conditions cool and not too humid.
i got in about 15 Runs Back to back. When ever i had a 2.4XX 60ft i would have 15.1-15.2 quater mile time. then it happened. Ihad 2 14.9 runs i have scanned slips on my car domain page and also listed my mods. this run posted was my best and final run after 15 BACK to BACK runs.

dude it was a perfect night and everyone thought it was going to rain so no one showed up. i got 15 runs before i called it quits at 9pm. i always go early and late in the year. i try to avoid the summer time. i am so happy. i honestly think i could have ran 14.7 hte first night i went back in june since my trap speed was 93mph then too. but the car is now more consistent now. with a 2.4-2.5 60 ft time i am assured a 15.1-15.2 1/4mile time. with a 2.3 60ft time 14.9 baby and with a 2.22 well 14.7 to me is not to shabby.

i should note my last run is the run where i got 14.7 after 15 or so runs and with one 30 min break 4 runs prior. this run was achieved by slipping the clutch and 6000rpm shifts every gear.

only weight reduction was spare tire/jack and floor mats. Gas level was at 1/4 tank of 93 octane.
