Ewww...Did you torque brake?
What did you launch at?
2.4 60'?...Did you have a lot of wheelspin?

I thought autos with your mods would run about a 90mph trap...?

Get a 5-speed, with those mods you should be in the high/mid 14s.

+1 on new auto.

...but if I were in your shoes then I'd do the 5spd swap. Look at my mods...and I'm 14.6 right now. Our mods are alike.

You hold the record for most posts ever before first time at the track I think luke. Also those are good runs for your first time, and good runs for a 200k mile car.

Hopefully the next time we go out there, I will be with a new tranny (if I am not still poor/no job). Oh and the weather is getting cooler out by the day

My other two runs went as such:

r/t..... .587
60'.... 2.581
330... 6.859
1/8... 10.352
MPH.. 71.17
1000. 13.329
1/4... 15.878
MPH.. 87.87

Last run the dude lost the slip but I ran a 15.9 hitting the rev limiter in 2nd

That is just inconsistancy. It's not the lanes. I really doubt it. All the nice tracks I've been to around the nation, both lanes are identical and they make sure of it. If they aren't, then bracket racers would be upset!

I got a chance to run in both lanes and they are identical!! I would have ran identical times if I didn't chirp on the launch on my 2nd run.

I have run at 2 tracks that the lanes are different. One in Carlsbad, CA. It's a CRAPPY track, I have photos on my site. In the left lane, I'd see 94 and 95 trap speeds and in the right lane, I'd see a 92 and 93 mph trap speeds. Pretty crazy huh? That's a BIG difference for me. When I bracket race, my traps won't vary more than .5 mph.

gtr, Looks like you chirped on each of your runs from a launch, that could affect some times a little.
