New PB--13.867@99.73 MPH + Video Link (Big)
R/T: .7552
60': 1.9558
1/8 ET: 8.889
1/4 ET: 13.867@99.73 MPH
Very dissappointed. Needless to say I was expecting numbers closer to 13.5s. Traction conditions were terrible and shifting was quite complicated with the new STS. I could not get the shifts down pat especially from 2-3rd. Must've missed 3rd in 2 different runs. It was very embarrasing. But not as embarrassing as taking a TransAm after he was talking so much ****. I will post the video soon.
It was my first time on slicks as well and didnt warm the tires up properly the 1st three runs. But at the end of the night I was hitting decent 60' times until the last few runs at 1.9558.
Anyone with some advice on shifting with the new STS? I'm not sure if there are any tips out there that could help. But it's worth asking.

The STS does seem to take some time to adjust. I've missed 3rd once when playing around and like you said, quite embarrasing! The only thing I can tell you is to let the tranny warm up a bit and go through all the gears 5 or 6 times before running. It seems to help a little. Its not as fluid as stock at times but the shorter throws (when done right!) really seem to make a difference in the RPM I'm at when I'm back on the gas. I'd have to say that if you get it right, you'll be a tenth under your own times without the STS installed.

Your M/T ET Drags, what size are they and what rims are you using?
