New best tonight, kinda disapointed....

2k1 GLE Auto

Frankencar midpipe/JWT velocity stack Intake
Cattman Headers
Custom Maxima test pipe
Greddy Evo
100 shot wet @ 900 PSI
NGK 1 step colder plugs
Motostorm UDP
Running on 18s with street tires @ 19 PSI
Full interior
1/4 tank of gas

I was running at Fayetteville Motorsports Park, track conditions were decent it was a nice clear chilly night, traction SUCKED majorly though. I spun most of the 60' which is why my 60' times suck. I was kinda disapointed due to my traction issues, I KNOW my car is capable of much better times but traction problems were killing me.

Anyway here goes:

RT: 0.8928
60': 2.3681
330': 6.2996
1/8 ET: 9.4471
1/8 MPH: 77.63
1000 ET: 12.1761
1/4 ET: 14.4761
1/4 MPH: 98.15

Hmm oretty high trap for that time so you were spraying, 18's are heavy, I wonder what you would do w/o spraying ... as you should be about that fast w/o the shot

have you done any tuning with that shot? You are only traping about what bolt-on fifth gens trap (I don't know about autos though). You should be able to get a much better ET and trap with that big of shot.

Tuning is coming soon, like i said traction was killing me and Im auto...so that kinda sucks too. Im getting an Apexi SAFC II in the next few days, gonna get everything dialed in and hopefully get ahold of some slicks and lightweight wheels and I can see what itll really do.

I am guessing your spraying out of the hole, or at least in part of 1st. You can't spray a 100 shot out of the hole and expect to get any traction on street tires.

Still, traping 98mph with headers, catback, and a 100 shot is not right. You must not be getting the full power from your nitrous.

Tried to spray outta the hole once, just had to see how bad traction was gonna be on streets, like you said I couldnt expect to get any traction....sprayed part of first the rest of the night, still couldnt hook up...like i was saying I spent most of my 60' spinning, getting in and out of the gas trying to hook. About my trap speeds, I dunno whats up with those, I know me not gaining hardly any speed the first part of the track didnt help me out any with that plus keep in mind i do have a 3.0 auto not a 3.5. It was a fun night though, lots of Nissans out last night.

with out changing anything else you migh actually run better times with a smaller shot that allows you to keep the tires planted.

unless you are spinning all the way to the finish line then something is not going right with your N2O....you 60' s are not great but they are not that bad...I only pulled a 2.4 on my best run, and I was not spinning that much...but I did launch from idle. Even though you are auto you should still be trapping over 100 IMO

--just to give you an idea UncDood is trapping 105 on a 75shot, he does have a fourth gen manual though

--also I think tapout was trapping around 101 with an auto fourth gen on a 75 or 85 shot
