is anyone here going its open for all nissan and infinity from 9A-3P 30 to race and 25 to show. i'll be there with a bunch of other members fromhere and nycmax.org. from what i hear there will be plenty boosted max's on the scene.

That sounds really cool. Wish I they had something like that out here. Is it only for Nissan/Infiniti or is it just special lanes.

 

nope the track is only open to us nobody else till 3pm. im caravaning with nycmax crew who have several boosted maximas and a altima running 22lbs of boost the caravan down alone is gonna be insane im gonna video tape and take pics if i can.

i went and c max blew his s/c on the way down. he was running with a turbo altima and turbo max and hit about 150 then the s/c oil seal blew. he cant post now but he told me the motor got flooded with oil and the s/c threw the bearings and the seal. he has a warranty on the s/c but its gonna take about 3 weeks to get it back. by the way c max moved hard on everyone enuff respect. i think hes still banned but i'll probably see him for the fourth.

the alti was a 95 i believe running 22lbs of boost and the max was a 97 turbo not sure how many lbs but i heard at least 300 to the wheels. c max joint is crazy he pulled on them like they werent moving. these guys are from the bk crew and there cars are tight and those two cars are monsters also i wouldnt mess with none of them lol. here is the link to the thread

hey whats up yall im back, thanks for holding it down mb. i must of said something that angered the gods but oh well. anyway the ride started off good i rolled with a crew from brooklyn called traffic block and everything went fine until the turnpike. there was a altima and maxima turbo as far as i know and about exit ten everyone punched it. i know i clocked out and was still pulling when the car started bucking, i backed off and figured maybe i detonated or something so i cruise to the exit and pull over. my s/c and charge pipe was full of oil and i couldnt figure out what it was. so i turned around and went back home. upon inspection i found out the s/c oils seal and bearing broke and spit all the debris into the maf. there were a few little holes which wasnt a good sign, and when i checked the sparkplugs it was official oil on the plugs. one of the bearing pieces must have got thru so now i have to get the s/c rebuild and pull the engine apart and fix whatevers wrong. either way i had fun going down and even though it didnt turn out good the run was amazing.

 

That sucks. Damn SC's.

No wonder Brett got rid of his car.

 

tell me about it and vortechs saying well its covered under warranty but im like yeh what about my freakin motor.

 

Yeah I was there when he blown it, he was rolling with the TB members when it happen.
