did they give you your 60 foot times? Maybe you weren't very consistent with your launches.

You should be quicker, just with the y-pipe, but if you can't get consistent launches, it's hard to say. In the 1/8 mile, your car doesn't have much distance to catch up to a bad/inconsistent launch. There can be a pretty big swing there. I looked at my slips from this weekend and on my good launches, my 1/8 mile was 9.5-9.6 and on my bad launches, it was 9.6-9.7. That's a .2 swing just on a slightly worse launch. All of my 1/4 mile times were 14.85-14.98.

Also, what kind of weight did you have each time? If you had a nearly empty tank the first time and a full tank the second time. Same with sub box in or out, etc.

Yea man make sure your knock sensor is not bad, happened to me. Putting a new knock sensor on my car made the biggest difference in acceleration then anything I've done so far. I noticed it soon as I pulled out of my driveway after installing it.

My knock sensor is working fine. I do have CEL and i checked it, and its not knock sensor code but my car feels like it has power. Im doing VI swap soon and i'll take it to same track and see what difference it made.
