How is that 00VI?

If I put a 00VI on my 4th Gen 3.0L what kind of performance will I be getting? I have a full exhaust (besides headers), do you think I will feel a difference with the 00VI? How had is it to install? Don't forget I have a POS AUTO...

-Performance wise you will gain a little in mid-range from the USIM and about 30-40 after 5500 rpms over the USIM
-Yes, you will feel a difference in performance.
-Install is not hard but it is no bolt-on mod.

Thanks for the information. When you say "30-40" what does that mean? Is there a write up on the installation?

Thanks, Aaron

My bad, people usually gain 30-40 hp over the stock USIM by 6500 rpms. There is no write up yet since there are a lot of different ways people can do it. For example you can either use 5th LIM, 5th gen injectors, and 5th throttle body or use 4th gen LIM and 4th gen throttle body. Keep the egr or scrape it. And there are alot more different ways to do it. I would go to The ALL MOTOR forum and change the option "Show threads from by: Last month, To the Beginning.

Oh yea I'm sorry, I should go to the all motor forum. I just saw some information on the 00VI in this forum so I thought I would put it in here.

Thanks for the info, it's something I might be interested in. And know I understand how it's not a direct bolt on and there are many ways to do it.

Thanks!
