First time

Last thursday i bought my car, and saturday was Importwars in NH raceway. So i went up with no intention of racing. Towards the end of the day i decided to get my car and run it completly stock. I did the first time i ran a 16.2 ( i was spinning so much tire) The second time i ran a 15.7. at 89 Mph This was my first time ever on a real drag strip and i had never practiced launching my car or anything. I will scan my slip in. They put me up against a Modded 350Z.

This morning i ordered a Injen cold air, what kind of gains shouw i be lokin for?

Thats not bad for a completly stock 5th gen 3.0. The CAI should take .1-.2 off your time.

Sweet. Why wont it do anything? Also what is the different between that intake and any other. All intakes are are tubes with a filter on it. Just alot more unrestricted then a stock intake system.

You might want to check the 1/4 mile times for other 5 gens and their mods to get an idea of how much different mods help your car.

i went with just a gab, which shouldn't really help much, i'm 5spd and i ran a 15.2 my first time with a 91 mph trap. With a y-pipe and intake now i ran a 14.9 at 93, but that is a crappy time for that trap speed, so i've heard.
