so how come everyones saying the De-k is like the same thing as a DE, is that cuz u guys are comparing it to a non 00vi vq30 or u guys comparing it to one with an 00vi cuz i was thinking about a 3.5 swap but figured if i built up a vq30de-k with cams it'd be just as good someone lemme know possibly a PM cuz i will prolly never c htis thread again, THANKS!

Not the best place to be posting this, and your info can be had with a search, but a 3.5 will always outperform a 3.0 (given equal terms), no question. It is possible to make the 3.0 outperform the 3.5, but you are likely going to end up spending more than you would just getting a 3.5. The 3.0 can be made to perform very well (see Caesar, Dandy, etc.) but for your average joe schmoe, the 3.5 is a better option.

Ive been watching your videos of your car for a while man , sorry to hear. Id say build another vq30dek man. Motors seem to take the abuse better.

Sorry for the loss, your car has inspired lot's of people and I am sure you are wishing you had tooken better care of your car then you were. If the engine Is not serverly damaged I would just swap In the DEK and run it again. Good luck man.
