Ran my 04 maxima (only CAI) couple weekends ago...

best time (surprisingly) was my first run

its a 5sp AT. street tires, nothing was taken out (spare, jack, cleaning supplies, etc)

i dont have a scanner but got the time slip right here in front of me

R/T --- .395
60' --- .2.358
330 --- 6.304
1/8 --- 9.559
MPH --- 75.16
1000 --- 12.368
1/4 --- 14.730
MPH --- 96.45

It was 58 degrees

im just curios of to see if anyone has got a better time..

tips, and tricks???

anyways, gonna take out my 2002 maybe this weekend and see what she runs... its all stock right now ( just picked it up yesterday)

nice times man, im hoping for a 14.7 maybe even a 14.6 when i get my CAI .................hey everyone, im new to the maxima community, about a month ago just recently puchased a 2004 dark blue, fully loaded 3.5 se... absolutely love the car.... look it to the track just today, completely bone stock, spare, jack, everything still in the car... i do however have one aftermarket piece and thats the aftermarket front grille ( its not a civic, so no, my grille doesnt add horse power ) but i was wondering what are some stock times for a 5AT? I ran a few 14.9's, but that was the best i could get.. about a week ago i just purchased a fujita intake, from what i heard its well worth the money, so it should be coming sometime this week and soon ill be getting an UDP, i think those 2 mods go hand in hand, 1 assists lower end power while the other assists power in the higher rpms... anyways if youd recommend a certain brand of UDP let me know i was just going to go for a unorthodox or stillen.... once again ill post my slips and a couple pics asap

anyways here is my best run

R/T .683
60' 2.400
330 6.521
1/8 9.806
MPH 75.12
1000 .000
1/4 14.960
MPH 97.22

^^^ decent run... you can most definately do better, a 2.4 60' isnt so good... try power breaking at different rpm's... or at least let the car cool off before you run

IDK about leting it cool off, I've allways made my best times on my first runs after the 70m drive to the track. I think the max pulls more timing hot than cool same with my dyno runs I made the most power on my back to back pulls.

well, whatever works for you also... my best times always came from when mines is cool, but if thats the way your car performs best then by all means go for it straight off the highway

Nice run, but with that mph, you should be low 14's. 60 foot needs to come down a bit.
