14 SEC MAXIMA

hey guys i am gonna start modding my car i have a cold air intake right now what else would it take for me to run 14.5 at the 1/4 with my 1996 maxima
i keep hearing ppl talk about mevi intake and 3.5 cams i did some research on the manifold but arethe cams direct bolt on and wat r the power gains thank u

I'd say y-pipe, full exhaust, and a MEVI or 00VI and you'll get there easy. Of course none of that would matter without the most important mod THE DRIVER. Make sure your 60' times stay below 2.1 and your good. Dont bother with cams if your only going for 14.5.

Intake, Y pipe, exhaust, pulley and maybe some radials... your there for sure... please have some kind of suspension work too

thats been done stock....
but for the rest of us human people, yeah, some normal boltons already mentioned and a good driver can get there.

hey thanks everyone i can't wait to i put my set up together to shut ppl up all my friends think maximas r slow and should be used to get groceries funny thing is i am giving them a run stock lol
