Seattle Area Owners..........

How many are you guys are from the Seattle-Tacoma area? I went to a NW Maxima.org mini-meet and I was the only one with a 2nd Gen there! You guys from the Seattle-Tacoma area need to represent! Let those 4th & 5th Gen owners know that maybe their rides may be newer, but there are more of us riding around!

I'm one, though I dunno if my car is good enough to show considering I still have some damage on my car from my accident, though it really isn't bad at all.

Me too. Although mine isn't really put together enough to drive right now. And its not licensed or insured. I'll have it on the road soon with the huge dent accross the hood and left front fender.
I didn't even know that there was a NW Maxima group...

Do you know of any 1st gens in a wrecking yard? I need a couple body panels cheap.

There is a pull-a-part up here in Lynnwood on Highway 99, they have about 3 1st gen's sitting up here. Maybe worth a peak. I would also try giving Felton's All Nissan a call. They may have something.

We got about 4 or 5 2nd gens up here too, though most are GL's and GXE's, only one SE, and it happens to be maroon.

Just follow I-5 to exit 181, take a left at the light, you'll be on 44th ave W. follow it for a few blocks and you will be right smack in the middle of downtown lynnwood....though it really isn't much of a downtown.....they really should call downtown lynnwood the Alderwood mall area. Hell if your in the area look me up, I need someone knows a bit about body work, I still have to replace my fender, bumper cover, horn, and bend the inner bumper out a little. Hell need another 2nd gen here to share war stories with.

BTW, do you still have that front body kit? I'm wondering if I should just replace my front bumper cover with that one.

Are they painted? or ready to accept paint, and what did you say was the problem you had getting them on, and how much for the front?

I wonder how many post I can say "and" way too many times.

Yard in Lynnwood

So the Pick-n-pull with 1st and 2nd gen Maximas is right on 44th Ave W, or is it over on Hwy 99?

Do you know the address? Is it about at the 196th cross street?

The front can be painted, I filled in the rivet holes that was put in when I first got them, the rear needs work; there is a split in the corner that needs to be fixed. I fixed it before, then tried the rear bumper. Somehow, they didn't make this style for the 86 models, I think it was for a 85. But the sides fit perfectly (go figure). But, I don't need the front and rear spoilers, my car looks great without them.
