I have an 86 maxima and the transmission pops out of fifth gear. It works fine if you hold it in gear and doesnt make any odd noises. I was wondering if this was a common problem. Is this caused by an external adjustment or is it an internal tranmision problem? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
