Ridin' On Rails!!!!

That is the only way I can describe the way this car handles; the car has been lowered by its first owner (German, or course) and it is rolling on the Michellin Pilot Z-Rated tires. Now before I tell you guys this, I got to tell you about the road conditions here.

The road between Ledward and Conn Barracks (the two installations which makes up the post here), the road has the grooves that you will find there on I-5. You know, once you fall into that groove your car locks in the lane and you are trying not to get caught in it. But that is not the story...........

Went to Bad Kittsegen, another German town here to check out some housing. From what I was told, I took the long way. However, the road was smooth, curvy and hilly, like on those Lexus, Acura, and Infinity commercials! And the Germans wasn't even slowing down to take the turns! And it is just my rotten luck to be in front of the pack with the Germans all over my bumper and have the wifey in the passenger seat! So, like any grown man behind the wheel of a sports sedan he hardly tested out, I started to get on the gas pedal. Upshift , downshift, I was working it, slowly putting the other drivers further behind me. Man, this car was dialed! I guess the driver in the Mercedes E-Class behind me was finally relieved that I was starting to drive, cause he was reeling me in. "Not this time" I thought to myself and went through a downgrade S-Curve, which looked more like a chicane, then ran into a freaking Hairpin! No bull gents, this road looked more like something off a racetrack! Dropped it into 2nd going into the hairpin, trying not to cross the lanes, and punched it comming out. Didn't see that E-Class for a while after that.

As we rolled into Bad Kittsegen, the streets got narrow. Went to slow down to get around a construction barrier and a pedestrian was crossing the street, so I stopped. Then my wife started hollering about driving too fast! Guessed she was too scared to say anything on the way there.........
........well, my son was asleep, so that means I did well enough for her not to really take notice.

Average speed: 130khp (roughly 78 mph). And the 320i rode like it was on rails!

Hey by the way, trying to get some pics transferred to CD. Then I will beg the Libarians up permission to upload them. If I can, then the pic will go on Car Domain.
