Nice colour! Looks good with the chrome, don't know if an SE could pull it off without looking cheesy.

No way a SE can pull that off! GXE's can get away with chrome. SE's look better sticking with what every color on black trim.

thanks for the compliment but now I have a question. Do you think the car would look better without the chrome or with it? When I got it painted I missed getting the front and rear bumper chrome off as well as the wheel wells and door handles. Im going to be getting a body kit soon and when I get it, I was going to take the chrome off(except around the windows) and have it all painted blue. Do you guys think I should strip it or leave it??

Yeah, get the body kit and get the chrome off of the wheel wells. The chrome grill, lights, and the chrome around the windows are more than enough to accent the car. I'd also keep the chrome door handles, I think they look good on your car, but I'm sure they would also look good if they were painted to match the car.

Yeah, for your car, the chrome around the windows and other trim looks good. I just have a personal preference to black trim. What I'm planning to do is when I get my front end fixed, is to paint everything except around the windows, probably the bottom part of the car and front spoiler the same color as the car. Kinda give it the 3rd gen SE look.

Cray54, I wanted to ask you did you lower your 84 Maxima? The rims are real nice and I noticed the clean look of the car, it's great! I noticed it sits lower than a factory does. Just wondering and if it is lowered what did you use to do it? The paint is nice also, I wish mine was in as good of condition as yours.

That's a great picture. You get a good view of it just like an ad for a new car showing its stance.

oh...pfft its not too bad....my ac compressor came out of the same year as mine and it was hit on that corner....only...things were shoved into the passengers compartment a little bit and popped the dash off its mounts on the passenger side and the frame was bent in such a way that the motor sat up about 3 inches higher than everything else....the hood still latched though and for some strange reason the A/C compresspr works perfectly and there werent any metal shavings in it...

next time i go pull parts i'll get a few pics of it..

I don't have any pics of my car yet but I can show you what it will look like. go to www.erebunicorp.com and look in the groud fx section for the 2nd generation. That is exactly how it will look when I am done.
