Well of course I am adding to the engine. I am trying to find a short block right now to start working with. I am very picky about how an engine is balanced. So, my friends at northside machine are going to balance everything in that engine to 1/1000 of a milligram. Iam then going to knock .090" off of the head and hav the valve sunk in and reseated.050" deeper. that alone should add about 125hp. I'm just wondering if i could find performance camshafts for it.

Hi Chris!,

Yes, it is an '82 LD28 Diesel with a turbo system retrofitted from a 280ZX of the same year, click HERE to read some of the details, if you want more info,, just reply.

lol! Didn't anyone tell you? Using a bottle of engine degreaser is good for 45fwhp!!!! hahahaha

Nah, actually it may not give you more power, but it may help your motor run a little cooler, and a little more efficient with it cleaned up a little.

Yeah I washed my car today because it looks like the ash isn't raining as bad anymore.

I also got my clear lenses today:
