max88q, could we...
start an interchange guide? These are becoming quite popular (and useful) on the British car boards I frequent. Considering the age of our cars it is getting to be a challenge in some cases to find some things in the application guides and some don't even list 1st gens anymore. There are, however, parts that can be found by other application. As an example, the gasket I got over the weekend that goes behind the cat was listed on the package as being for Dodge trucks. If we all start sharing the info we find for "generic" applications, part searches might not be such a headache. Maybe sources for interchange parts as well, such as Victoria British's Z car catalogue might be helpful as well.
Just a thought.
Cheers,
John
