Rear Fog Light Mod... With Jdm Switch

This is the fog light mod. which replicates the rear fog light on the euro and JDM A32. pic below + link to movie of the switch working. ITS REALLY a safety thing.

ORIGINAL IDEA BY JSutter (maxima.org).. i used his realy diagram as a foundation..

The headlight switch was shipped to me off a 98 or 99 Nissan Almera GTi from Japan for 48$.

The inner left side taillight stays light up bright and inner right side light stays dim. when the switch is off i had the option to have the lights go back to normal brake functions, but i didn't i let them stay dim and only use the outer lights for brake function. I really don't think a pic is necessary of the lights because we can all imagine the inner left side light being brighter than the others.. can we...? heh

LINK FOR MOVIE / PICS :http://web.mac.com/nibina/HID/Rear_Fog_Light.html

now if i can only fix the trans. so i can drive the car to use the rear fog light..

next mod after trans. is get the rear windshield from a JDM a32 with the wiper on it.. cause our rear windshield SUCKS when it rains heavy....

Thats pretty cool. I used a fog switch from an NX which sits next to the cruise, I moved the security light to the other side (its my MEVI activation light now anyhow). Since you have the electronic gas door thats not exactly the best option for you.

So whats the part number to this?

EDIT: The 4th gen has different stalks for the years. Which years is this one for?

dern homie... i replaced my imagination with tv a long time ago. hence, the need for videos.

honestly i misread your op and thought the inners functioned differently with the switch on and off. punctuation > you. jk bro, i love your car and you seem to be on the cutting edge (as far as 12 yr old cars go).

Thats to pop the gas door I suppose. Common sense at least would have me assume that.
