Well, after my voltage regulator got messed up, i had it changed. Now the car runs perfect except that my horn doesnt work. I already checked the fuse to see if it was fried, but it wasnt. So what should i check now? I also tried looking for the horn itself but i have no idea where it is at.

there could be a few things, if you're the person who had the 18-volt alternator output and the horn would operate itself (...I think) then the first thing I would suspect is the horn relay. I'm not sure where it is, it's very possible that the horn relay is in the relay panel right next to the battery. it's very easy to test a relay, simply pull it out of the socket and apply 12 volts to the two "coil" terminals, and make sure the "switch" terminals get continuity. when you apply battery voltage to the coil terminals, you should hear and feel it click as the solenoid inside pulls down the contacts.
if that's not the issue I'd suspect the horn itself is faulty, I don't know where it is though. on my maxima, I have to press on the center of the steering wheel really hard to get the horn to work because the switch contact is worn down.
I'd also take into consideration a bad connection somewhere, our maximas are notorious for faulty electrical connections.

don't feel bad, I had a pretty bad problem the other day and the car sits temporarily. the idler/tensioner pulley for the water pump/power steering belt broke while I was driving, within a matter of minutes the temp gauge pegged towards "H" and I lost most of my coolant when the radiator cap sprung open. I only hope that no severe damage was done. it didn't overheat for more than 2 minutes, so I'm not expecting any problems.
