Stalling in Portland Ore

Hi I'm Patty and I recently purchased a cute 82 maxima; one BIG problem it stalls out on me when it gets warm. My friendly mechanic type is flummoxed

so far new feul pump
new feul pump sensor
new coil
new vaccuum lines -- no luck

Please help if this keep s up I'll have to sell it --or give it away!

Yes, or the fast idle solinoid. maybe the idle is only holding up when its on the "cold start circuit" and then drops way to low when warm?
Or you can sell it to me as a parts car. I'm in Washington and would probably buy it cheap so you don't have to give it away.

could be a funky air regulator cutting off air when it gets warm...

can you start it back up and go again for a bit or do you have to wait a little bit before it'll start?

Could be the choke cable or the idler pully too.
PS...if this does get parted out, is it a 5 speed? I need a 5 speed pedal assembly...I am in idaho and will be in portland in 2 weeks for a business conference.
