motor mounts
good way is to check is to have the hood open, and have somebody watch the motor. Leave the parking brake, put the car in first gear and slowly let the clutch in while giving a little gas. If the mounts are bad, the motor will look like it crawling out of the engine bay. Basically look to see how far it lifts. Normally the motor shouldn't move no more than an inch. When my front mount was bad, the motor rose about 4 inches. Also if the back is bad, look to see if the motor is sitting towards the back of the engine bay. Mind was doing that when the motor mount was bad. I ended up replacing both of those.
