Headers

do they really make them for 87 maxima, or is the site wrong..... i dont understand why it has 4 items diff prices but all 4 are the same headers
if they actuallu make them i might pay that price, does it seem high, or decent? would they have a place for the O2 sensor?

here is the complete list for 87 max

Those headers are made for a four-banger.

Unfortunately aftermarket support is poor for 1st/2nd gens and even 3rd gens. Only 4th and 5th gens have alot of aftermarket.

it might be just a generic picture, but i highly doubt that that company makes headers for our cars.

Jcwitney usually uses one picture for all of a certain type of part wether it is accurate or not. They make parts for a lot of old cars so these might be right.

Also, JC Whitney's "search for ONLY..." feature doesn't always work properly...a lot of times, you'll find parts come up, that are truely generic for MOST cars (like a set of headers for a SBC) showing up in a search for a Nissan...or it doesn't narrow it down by model, and only by the make - so a part for a Sentra or a 240SX could show up when searching for the Maxima...

Just so you know...

You could try to call Motorsport Auto of Orange, CA. (www.zcarparts.com) and see if they can help you. They at least maybe able to sell you two header flanges so you can get some made.
