crankshaft pulley removal issues

i got all the stuff off... intake manifold, cruise controol, timing belt sovers, thermostat, engine coolant drained(the hard way), and was wondering how to get toe crankshaft pulley off, i dont have a chain wrench like hays suggest so i was wondering if there are a few ways to get it off, anything helps thanks.....


also i heard that the thermostat from a vg30de and a vg30e are different supposibly the de is supposed to open up quicker or sometin i got the 2 of them side by side and one has an extra spring but they both open up at 76.5 deg. cel. help with this is also appreciated thanks will have the max runnin strong again also whike i got the intake manifold off ill be sanding the intake manifold to fit the 60mm tb pics to come also i am sea foaming everything hoping to have better results the im has a ton of black $hit in it. HOLLA!!!!

get a crankshaft pully puller from advance or autozone, you can rent it

yeah, you'll need a puller. they can be on there pretty tight. that's the only way i could get mine off

i need to remove the bolt not first having trouble getin it off...

oh ok. if you have a decent impact wrench, it should come off with that. if not, you'll need to remove the starter motor and get someone to jam a screwdriver into one of the teeth on the flywheel/ring gear to stop it from turning. then you should be able to loosen it with a breaker bar.

but when i done my t belt something went wrong idk what though


are you also doing front main, cam seals, waterpump, thermo. ??????

my intake is being seafoamed, cleaned, and bored out to fit to the 60mm tb... if ne one needs pics of nething just lemme kno by tomorrow while i got all the stuff off

Why don't your marks on the belt not line up with the marks on the pulley and the dentation on back t-belt cover? Did you run the motor?

naaah they all lined up even with the dot on the crank shaft i just turned it with a ratchet to make shure there was no issues trust me yall everything was straight.
