Interesting find for doing projectors..

I think there is a way to use the stock lense and a projector. How you ask? Deflute the stock lens directly in front of the projector. This is done by sanding it smooth apparently. what do you guys thing?

http://www.drpheta.com/pics/anna_pro...s/IMG_5075.jpg

Hey E, wanna try that out? Might even make me a set?

heard bout that, but it is only for plastic, because sometin about glass and quartz sand paper.. if it were true i would of done it a long *** time a go cuz the stock lense helps cover up the unmentionables and it would look stock those were made like that with the glass smooth surface i could see if i can find a glass shop to sand it for me tho..then id be in business

The headlights that I posted are glass. I think you might have it backwards because plastic used for light are more likely to scratch and get fubared than glass. I'll do more digging, but if we can get it to work....we got buttah.

i found this on a website..

Black Diamond: High quality silicon carbide waterproof polyester cloth material. Black Diamond is a high performance material excellent for sanding glass, stone, rubber & plastic. It also works well for certain wood and metal sanding applications. 24 - 600 grit

just wonder how expensive it is

wow Always great mods coming from your end on those headlights big_E-Dog . How much time and money did it take you to fabricate them? I am still trying to find time to do my HID projector retrofit into my max. Still wondering if you have some time to help me out in modifying mine.

the first

the first one that pm's me and sends 50 bux can take em..

BTW you will need to rewire your exsisting headlamp wiring to 9005/9006 and 895 ill send the connections to the 895 but am not responsible for the 9005/9006 it does however include cool blur regular bulbs and kioto high beams. it is suggested that when you rewire that you do the relay upgrade to the headlamp system so that you draw around 14 volts, you will not recieve the bracket you will have to use your old ones they should fit right in
i have stated before that theyre will be a significant gap between the lamp and the bumper trimmstuffthatsurroundsthelampandmakesitlookgood.

HOLLA!!!!

well right now it is just a reflector retrofit from an I35. Due to heavy procrastination on my part I have not done the Projector retrofit, even though I already have the projectors. Right now they are D2R, but I have D2S bulbs ready for when I finally do my projector retrofit.
