Anyone know what the torque on the intake and exhaust manifolds are for the l24?

Here's the Manifold bolt and nut tightening torque for the 84 max with the L24 with the three measurements: N-m, kg-m, ft-lb.

M10 34-44, 3.5-4.5, 25-33
M8 Bolt 15-25, 1.5-2.5, 11-18
M8 nut 12-16, 1.2-1.6, 9-12
