Maxima Auto Tranny help?!

I have a 88 Maxima, that I was given half put back together. The engine is together from the rebuild, and I need to now get the transmission back together. Its together actually, my problem is the throttle valve is where I'm having problems. I have the transmission pan bolts tight enough where it seals, but I have a spring that supposedly goes on the throttle valve shaft, that I have no idea how it goes on there!? Does anyone have pictures of that transmission showing how it goes? I really need help because it seems like no one knows!?

I'd appreciate any pictures or information or website you could point me too! Thanks!!!

Try a chilton manual. It might have it. Or if you want I could probably send you my old trany manual. I'd post the pic's but I d0n't have access to a scanner. Oh yeah don't spend money on a FSM they have the exact info as a chilton or haynes. Just hold on Ill see what I can do.

I have the Chilton's manual and just took a look. It doesn't seem to show this very well. I can't identify any spring in the pictures...if I get a chance I'll take a look at one of my cars but it's pretty darn cold here and I don't have a garage...
