IIRC there is a tube that gows down into the trunk on the left hand side by the gas door there might be one on the right hand side too

I've heard of someone using compressed air with a nozzle to clean it out. A quicker eaier option is to take a coat hanger straightened and push it through. When mine got clogged all it was was a chunk of plastic that broke off clogging the hole on the surface so it was an easy fix.

i would say if water is getting in the car that the hose is cracked maybe dew to being clugged then freezing if it's just clugged it would only leak around the moon roof onto your seats, there should be a hose in all four corners of the moon roof the front two come out right behind the wheels infront of the rocker panals i think and i'm not sure where the back ones come out on the wagon.

If you use a coat hangar, just be gentle so you dont tear the hose or pull it away from its connectors.

I have a sedan. Can you access the rear passenger side drain tube by taking off the interior cover panel for the C pillar ? Also, for the front passenger drain I could not access the tube by removing interior A pillar cover. Where is the tube?

i know for a fact that most of the time the ends of the drain are what clog up, you can access the metal tubes sticking out the bottom of the car by taking out the jack equipment and the passenger side is in the same spot. easy to get to.

mine looked as if they had turds in them so i took the air to the metal tubing after i took it out (only 3 or so inches long of the metal peices) and splattered it all over the wall. was fun.

Thanks. Where are the drains at the front of the car? I've looked by the door hinge and didn't see them. Maybe behind the interior front kickpanel in the footwheel below the glove box?

I looked in my FSM. There are four of them, one for each corner. They drain down the A-pillar for the front and the C-pillar for the back.

I would think it's unlikely that all 4 drains are clogged. Here's something else to look at: There's a black metal "gutter" that goes across under the back edge of the movable sunroof. I don't remember exactly how it's set up, but mine was leaking and it ended up being that gutter. A screw had come out of it on one side and it was cocked back between the roof and headliner. The glass is not a real tight fit in the roof opening, so water will leak around the edges. The front and sides have the roof structure to catch the water, but the back has to have the gutter to catch the water that will inevitably get through the crack. It may not be your problem, but it happened to me and it took a while to notice the gutter wasn't positioned properly under the back edge of the glass.
