Re: 1987 Nissan maxima -not working at all
I don't own a Maxima, but I have been looking at this site because I am thinking about picking up one as old as yours. I had a 1988 Chevy blazer once that all of a sudden had the same symptoms. Turned out to be the catalytic converter. The mass of material inside the converter melted and pluged up the converter. If your exhaust is plugged up, the car will not run. Check it out.
