i'm done with this car

i am sellin it i got to get rid of it and get some money off of it because i got to get something to get me to work.

runs fine except for in the morning, which i thought may have been a spark plug issue, replaced the spark plugs earlier tonite. did the front 3, tested it.

and i get a horible knocking sounds from the front bank, checked all the plugs every thing if fireing and workin as it should but somethings just not right.

its for sale if any one is interested PM me. you'll have to pick up. no stereo or speakers.

i cant keep fixing this ****, it used to be good for me but now after tonite i just ****ing hate the thing. just this one in piticular if i found one in excellent shape i would still think about buying it only if i knew for sure it had things changed so i am not changing them

Man, I know how it feels to want to just give up on a car out of frustration.

I started with a black SE that I'm getting sick of. Front end collision issues that I'm tired of fighting.. Struts need replacing.. Motor mounts. I have an 88 that I'm replacing the heater core on. As soon as I'm done with it, the black SE is just going to sit until I decide what to do with it.

just a quicky update, its either a rod or main bearing thats shot, not sure whick cylinder and i dont know what caused it since there wasnt any thing in the combustion chamber, vaccumes magnets and feelers all in the front bank and nothing but some bits of plastic. i doubt that would have caused it but you never know.

also to add i already got the replacement, a 1979 280zx 2+2 5sp 81k origonal miles no wrecks super straight, decent paint (rock chips) cost? $2000 some things wrong but nothing mechanically other than mabe a sensor or two and the EGR needing hooked up again. some modifications to the exhaust and possibility of a rather close ratio transmission 4k rpm in 5th at 80? doesent seem right
