Nice looking Max wagon. I haven't seen one around here in a long time.

Not a fan of LS swaps, but at least you still have the car and it runs and drives now.

Most of ac is mounted but I still need to adapt the vents for the new unit. I have a new radiator with extra fitting added. Broke the oil pan when the jack slipped so will have to partially pull the motor back out to replace it. New oil pan is being modified more for better clearance.

Sweet, man! I have the same car as you.. '84 blue on blue automatic wagon. My grandma gave it to me years ago and it's been in storage since. 88k original miles. I'm selling off some of my fleet soon and getting ready to bring it home and prepare it for daily driver duties.

hows is the progress on this beast?

did the 1984 sedan have solid rear axle? or did the sedan have trailing arm?
