WSP SUBFRAME CONNECTORS for 2nd Gens --->

I apologize if this has been posted before, but WSP (Warpspeed Performance) has developed subframe connectors for the 3rd and 4th Gen cars and are OFFERING TO DEVELOP CONNECTORS FOR YOUR 2ND GENS.

Subframe connectors add significant rigidity to the body of your car. All Maximas (and 90% of cars nowadays) are constructed with a unibody design, which uses the body structure for support and stiffness. Unfortunately even modern unibody cars have lots of flex and twisting in the body during hard cornering and over bumps. The subframe connectors improve the rigidity of the body by tying the front and rear subframes together, and also by adding more reinforcement under the floorpan.

Go to the General Discussion forum and read about the WSP and Subframe Connector threads that have been going on the last few days. Testimonials by 3rd Gen owners Dmontzmax (the black car) and Matt93SE (the red car), who have had early connectors installed on their cars, say this mod works great and makes a BIG difference in handling.

Warpspeed Performance is owned by Dallas and Dan (who owns a 93 Max). They said they opened WSP so they could make their own mods, and sell them cheaper, as well as make rare mods for cars like ours. Their website: www.warpspeedperformance.com

The subframe pages (not linked on the main site):
http://warpspeedperformance.com/subframe.htm
http://warpspeedperformance.com/subframe2.htm

Read all the General threads (do a search), look at the pages, then POST and/or EMAIL Dan93SE (the same Dan who co-owns WSP) if you want them to develop these connectors. They will if there is enough interest.

Again, these aren't made YET, but they will be if you guys show some serious interest!

Sidebar: I own a 3rd Gen, but have enough fond memories of my friend's '86 Maxima that I thought about you guys!

My dream has come true, I read how they were mking them for the 3rd and 4th gen.s and wished it could be for my car, YES!!!! UM, before I get all excited, whats the price? Im very interested though, our cars need a more rigid body structure.

I'm interested too, it's hard to find mods out there, especially ones that'll improve the handling of the car. If you guys would make an FSTB, I'm sure a lot of people, including myself, would be interested in that too.

Sorry about this, but I just found out it's "Dan 93 SE" WITH (*#$@%ing) SPACES, NOT "Dan93SE". Go find the right Dan (his profile mentions WSP) and talk to him. I apologize to all the people who have tried contact the wrong Dan!

I'm going to hide in a corner now and cry

I still have the RSB however I can't seem to find the bolts that hold down the brackets to the strut assembly. If you want it its yours for $95 shipped to your door. If I can't find both of the bolts I have one of them so I'll goto the hardware store and get another.

We will go ahead a make a few sets of the sfc's for the gen 2. When we do so I'll also take a look at the fst's and see what we might be able to do there as well. We have an 85 we can do pretty much what we want with.

We will do the sfc's the first week in January, I'll get some photo's posted as well. Dan and I felt since we had access to a car it only made sense to do the Gen 2 as well.
