Fuel pump wiring?

Hi,
I keep blowing fuel pump fuses, so thinking it is grounding out somewhere.

Car is in a parking lot about 30km from home, so troubleshooting can be a pain in the ****.

Anyone can give an idea where to start tracing the electrical from battery to the fuel pump? I really am not looking forward to dropping the tank in a gravel parking lot. Unless there is another way to access the pump connections.

Diagram would be great, too.

it's an 1988 SE.

thanks.

you don't need to pull the tank, pull the back seat out (just the bottom) by pulling the front up there is two tabs one on each side in the front right next to the floor if you push back on that area and pull up it pops out easy once you have those out then just tilt up and pull it forward and it comes right out, once you have that out there is a panel right in the middle with wires and 4 bolts take that out and sending unit is right there.....
