1984 Maxima - Hazards and Turn Signals not working!

Hi guys, I just bought a 1984 Maxima for cheap and it runs great it just has a few issues here and there. The main thing being that the hazards and the turn signals aren't working! The fuses are good, I wanted to check the hazards plug and make sure its plugged in but I have no idea where it is, if anyone can help that would be awesome. And also where the relay is located for the signals. I know its under the dash but I'm not sure which one it is. Thanks for any responses, want to get this fixed asap so I don't get pulled over.
