High Side AC hose fitting adapter for Gauge Set

This is for may "87. The high side fitting on the compressor looks like a combination schrader /quick connect ,but is not the standard 1/4 sae fitting that fits the manifold gauge set. Anyone know if there is an adapter an adapter available.

FYI did it get a retrofitted to R134? Since those cars are the R12 system and they have a different fitting and they they have not been converted to R134 then you need to take to shop to evacuates the R12 and get a fitting adapter for your car otherwise it not going to connect it

No, it does not have the R134a conversion. I want to connect a R12 gauge set to check the pressures . The R12 adapters are still available for other makes, so I wanted to see if anyone had a source for the Max.
