About Rotors and Pads
Where can I find prices on rotors and Pads for the front and Back? I have an 87 Maxima. I check out O'reillys, Autozone, And Pep Boys. They were a little expensive. If anyone can help that would be a help.

You'll find everything you could ever want for your 2nd gen Max, plus all the support you need.
By the way, you can find crossdrilled rotors for your Max here.
http://www.cyberauto.com/NissanMaxima.txt Bargin price, plus they last longer than the regular OEM pads. Please opt to get the zinc coating otherwise rust will destroy the rotors slowly, unless you use high temp paint to paint everything but the brake pad contacts the rotor.
Also, use the Search function cause the moderators hate it when we re-post information.
I got my front rotors for $15 each from a local parts supplier. They have been on for 6 months and seem to be working perfectly. You should be able to get the pads just about anywhere. It just deoends on how much you want to spend.
I just went around to local mecahnics and found prices, can you just grind the rotors or are they worn too much? I know that they are not cheap for the 87 maxima, for the back two tires of my car I payed 500 for rotors calipers and pads etc.
