Apparently those eBay ones dont fit well, try to call around local salvage yards.

you don't want a bumper cover that has been shipped UPS etc..
they tend to get warped.

Since you live in atlanta,i suggest hitting up all your local junk yards for the bumper cover...Their are a blue million of these cars in the yards around the atlanta area..

No special tools are required,just wear gloves(sharp areas under there) and be prepared for bolt/screw heads breaking off due to rust...
