Blehmco Stage II Lower Tie Bar

Up for sale:

Stage II Lower Tie Bar from Matt Blehm for 3rd gen Max. It came powdercoated red, but I wanted to match the rest of the undercarriage, just like things to match and extra protection. Never got a chance to install it on the car and it was sitting in my garage for over a year. I don't think I'll be putting it on the car. I have picture below and for more info on this item go here:
http://www.mattblehm.com/suspension.htm

I'm asking $150 shipped obo.

Surprised greeny hasn't jumped on this one, I thought he had been looking for one. Anyway, how hard are these to install? I read there has to be some grinding done along with an enlargement of a hole. Doesn't sound horrible... Anyone know from personal experience?

The installation is fairly easy and straight forward and this mod is definitely worth it. When I removed the stage 2 lower tie bar from my old VE, I drove the car and it would understeer horribly and the steering felt a little bit more sloppy.

There is some grinding Matt will let you know more. He told me that you just have to open up the hole a bit and it takes 15 min to do it IIRC. But yeah I didn't see too many of this mod available besides Matt's website.
