Wanted: Manual interior pieces

1.
The plastic square bracket that clips into the center dash, that the shift boot goes into.
2.
Whatever this thing is in M/T (Normally the A/T switch) - looks like a light or something in this pic - whatever it is, I'd like it to fill in the gap.
3.
Shifter itself, all the bits,
-with a factory, or similar to picture, shift head, if possible
(Shift boot is not needed - already ordered a fancy boot from Italy)

Needed, shipped to Australia, cost of shipping is no problems.

Can anyone who has these pieces for sale please let me know.

-Nic

PS: Does the manual shifter sit straight up in the centre, or does it sway more towards the driver for added comfort?
If it leans towards the driver, is it easy enough to make this lean the other way, to suit a Right-Hand-Drive configuration?

I don't have the parts but to answer a couple of your questions:

The piece that replaces the A/T switch in the manuals is literally just a black plastic cap that just screams "generic filler piece". It's in the picture you posted (minus the light)

The shifter doesn't angle toward the driver or anything, it's pretty much straight in the middle

I have part #1, that I could sell, but do you really want to pay international freight on something that small?

I was hoping for all the pieces in one hit. But I guess if nothing else turns up I'll buy that bracket off you. Then I can just pull a shifter from something manual at a local wrecker.
Is that #3 fill only a Maxima thing, or are there other vehicles I can pull it from?
I really dont want a hole or an A/T switch in a manual car. I can just make the light a shift light, or tie it to the alarm or something I guess.
